	Planning The planning phase consists of the following steps:
		define the objectives of the valuation
		establish the reason for the valuation and our valuation role
		select the valuation method
		list documents as well as contacts persons required for the valuation
		scheduling and staffing
		document and present results of the planning phase


	Market Analysis We perform a detailed analysis of:
		market, industry, and competition
		strengths / weaknesses
		opportunities / threads


	Analysis of Business Plan We analyze the business plan using the following steps:
		analysis of the reporting- and budgeting system
		analysis of historical data, adjusting for non-recurring, out-of-period and extraordinary factors
		identification of value drivers
		reasonability review of assumptions underlying the forecast
		deriving cash flow forecasts


	Value Determination The value is determined using the following modules:
		establishing the discount rate
		determining present values
		performing scenario calculations
		reviewing resulting values for reasonability


	Reporting The valuation project is reported on in the following steps:
		presentation of results and significant valuation assumptions
		discussion of valuation report
		finalization of valuation report
		discussion of follow-up actions
